The blue territory is the Holy Empire of Britannia, capital Pendragon or Phoenix, Arizona in the real world. It is the British Empire in exile, founded by Richard von Britannia and vowed to reclaim Britain which was under Euro Universe. But real expansion was under Emperor Charles I, and Japan was a victim of it, for example.

The Chinese Federation is a group of Asian states under the control of Taiping China. Its capital is Luoyang. The current Empress is a child, however, and she was manipulated by the Prime Minister and his castrati officials. A Colonel Li Xingke is trying to make a coup and reform the Federation, not when Cambodia was annexed [Area no. 10 by Britannia] and the Philippines giving support for Britannia. Many states such as the Indian Raj are rebelling as well.

The brown area is the Commonwealth of Australia. It is founded by both North American and English settlers. It is neutral and is left alone by the Chinese Federation. However, a good number of its citizens want Australia to join Britannia as a dominion [European territories are not granted Area status because Britannia is Eurocentric in its ethnic composition.]

The last is Euro Universe, capital Paris. Founded as the Congress of Europe by Napoleon II after renegade British soldiers assassinated Napoleon I. Old Britain was renamed Albion and put under the dynasty of Stuart. The former states of the Soviet Union joined in 1995 a.t.b. after the demise of that great communist nation.
