People's Republic Of Romilia

The People's Republic of Romilia, a state founded by the Soviet Union to give the Roma a new home. Both Hungary and Romania only fully accepted its existence after the fall of communism and only with very heavy reluctance; after the fall of the Romilian communist regime, both Hungary and Romania actually considered invasion of Romilia; the Soviet Union in turn threatened to invade both Romania and Hungary. 

The Romani were to be a model Warsaw Pact state, and was the only Warsaw Pact state that actively sent troops overseas in the Soviet wars in Africa not merely as advisers, but as regular troops. The Romilians fought very bravely, which earned the respect of even their enemies.

But then, the Berlin Wall fell down and then Romilia fell to a hard time.
